A rapidly expanding family-run design and construction company in Stoke on Trent is seeking a full-time Site Manager to join its management team, to assist with the management of day to day operations on customer sites.

As the Site Manager you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of construction projects on-site.
* Managing health and safety compliance and ensuring that the site meets legal and regulatory standards.
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any potential issues or delays.
* Ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
The Site Manager will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and quality control.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
* A proactive approach, with excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate is highly desirable.
* Full UK driving licence.
You will be working Monday to Friday from the office in Cheadle and from various customer sites in and around Staffordshire.
Appointment will be subject to DBS and right to work checks and satisfactory references.
