Role: Specialist Outreach Worker
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Location: London and surrounding areas
Hours: 16 hours per week
Report to: Service Manager

About the role
You will be expected to work a variety of different shifts which will also include morning, afternoon, evening, and occasional night shifts (depending on the needs of the clients) and weekends. You will also be expected to work on bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
As an Outreach Worker, you will undertake a range of tasks which include:
1. Developing supportive relationships with clients.
2. Supporting clients in independent living skills.
3. Providing emotional support.
4. Developing personalized care plans.
5. Maintaining a professional service.
6. Liaising with statutory authorities to access new referrals and reviews.
Due to the nature of this position, you will need to have a minimum of level 2 British Sign Language, understand the importance of sensitive data, and store data in line with GDPR regulations, care regulations, and the CQC.
If you have knowledge of safeguarding, working with young people, adults at risk, or adults in crisis, this would be helpful but not essential.
