We are looking for an experienced Team Coordinator who can support a team of support workers and our clients who have mental health conditions in the comfort of their own homes in the Blackpool area. Our client needs round the clock care on a 1:1 basis. Your will need to commit to regular shift patterns. As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervision of Support Workers within the team, providing advice, support and training. This role consists of working a shift pattern. You will need to have a proven track record of management and would have supported clients with: Mental Health Substance Misuse Medication management You must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car as will be expected to support across packages. Required Skills/Qualifications: 2 year or more experience as a Senior Support Worker / Team Coordinator with Learning Disabilities experience. Commitment to delivering client specific care.
