About the Role:
* Maintain and repair factory equipment to ensure optimal efficiency.
* Diagnose, test, and troubleshoot machinery to maintain plant operations.
* Respond to breakdowns within a short timeframe to maintain production flow.
* Oversee spare parts inventory and manage machinery performance.
* Liaise with contractors and implement continuous improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Degree in engineering (minimum level 3) with a focus on multi-skilling.
* Familiarity with electricity regulations and health & safety standards.
* Experience in factory settings, preferably in the food industry.
* Strong understanding of supply chains and technical standards.
* Proficient in PLC programming and computer literacy.
