Team- Retention - Health
Working Pattern -Monday- Friday 09:00-17.30, 1 late a week till 7pm, Hybrid - 2days per week in our Stockport office
Bonusup to an extra £18,000per annum OTE. Basic salary increase to £26,500 after 6 months,
Holiday allowance-25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days each holiday year
What will you do as a Customer Retention Adviser?

Do you know how to deliver an exceptional customer experience?
* You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving agreed targets. You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with customers over the phone.
* You will take inbound calls from our existing customers, answering queries about their product
* Assist with any questions the customer is facing with the aim of retaining their business
* Reminding our customers of the benefits available to them, by promoting the Vitality Programme rewards we offer
* Assist customers with credit control queries such as missed premiums, payment arrangements, direct debit enquiries etc
