About the Private Client Solicitor Role:
* Part-time (21-28 hours per week), with the potential to transition to full-time as the caseload grows
* Flexible, office-based position with adjustable core hours to accommodate wider commitments
* You will work directly with the Head of Department, while also building your own caseload and client base
* The role involves supervising and developing an administrative assistant, fostering leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and preparing Wills, applications for Grant of Probate/Representation and Powers of Attorney using online applications with OPG, HMCT, and HMLR
* Managing client communication, both in-person and remotely, maintaining high standards of service
* Undertaking fee-earning work with supervision, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation
* Managing your own caseload, diary and administrative duties
The firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Private Client Solicitor, confident in preparing legal documents and delivering top-tier client service. Experience in a Wills, Probate or Private Client role is essential, along with compliance with LEXCEL accreditation. A commitment to pursuing further qualifications such as STEP certification is a plus.
