I am working with a dynamic startup transforming the raffle industry, offering customers the chance to win luxury prizes while supporting charitable causes. Their focus is on exceptional customer experiences and a vibrant company culture. I am looking for a proactive Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will ensure satisfaction, resolve inquiries, and build strong relationships. This role is essential to the commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast:paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries with timely and accurate information.
* Handle and resolve prize claims efficiently.
* Build positive relationships with customers.
* Monitor for fraudulent activities.
