About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Menswear Sales & Graduation Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic role blends traditional retail expertise with a hands-on approach to event coordination and customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Luxury Menswear Sales: Provide exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on ready-to-wear and Made-to-Measure garments, including suits and boating blazers.
2. Graduation Gowning Coordination: Organise and manage gowning services for colleges in London, ensuring smooth operations during graduation events.
3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, students, and faculty members, delivering a personalised and professional experience.
4. Travel & Logistics: Drive to colleges & Customers predominantly across Oxfordshire & London, transporting garments and equipment as required.
5. Stock & Presentation: Ensure garments are impeccably presented, maintaining high standards in both store and event settings.
6. Flexible Working Hours: Work 21 hours per week with no fixed days, adapting to business needs from Monday to Sunday.
About you:
Requirements:
1. A full UK driving licence (essential).
2. Passion for menswear, tailoring, and craftsmanship.
3. Strong customer service and sales skills.
4. Organisational skills with the ability to coordinate events and work on one's own initiative.
5. Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule.
