Wellbeing Officer Contract : Permanent Salary: £29,000 per annum Benefits Hours: 37.5 - Monday - Friday 09.00 -17.00 Regional Office Worker: Covering Manchester. Due to regular travel the role does require access to transport (i.e. daily commutes, multi-site travel on occasion) Ingeus are currently looking for a Wellbeing Officer to cover multiple sites across Manchester. If successful you will be supporting participants that require low & medium level interventions to support their mental wellbeing such as cognitive behaviours, lifestyle, health specific, and educational workshops. Essential Criteria to apply: Registered as a health professional with one or more of the following regulatory bodies as below: Therapist registered as graduate or chartered Member with BPS (British Psychological Society). A counsellor who is registered as Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or with UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Cognitive Behavioural Therapist registered with the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). What you’ll be doing as our Wellbeing Officer: Provide skilled assessments & deliver evidence-based wellbeing and employment focused interventions to participants on the programme Empowering participants to change their lifestyle & promoting independent management of their general physical, psychological, and social wellbeing to move into sustainable employment. Conducting assessments with participants and providing face to face, digital and telephone-based interventions to participants.
