Job Description - Compliance Administrator
White Trees Group provides safe and secure therapeutic Residential Childcare and Educational services. We cater for young people aged 11-18 years with complex, emotional and behavioural difficulties within a caring and homely environment.

Qualities and Skill Set
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a polite telephone manner
2. Previous Compliance admin experience required
3. Competent user of Word and Excel
4. Ability to multi task whilst maintaining attention to detail
5. Ability to prioritise workload accordingly
6. Strong organisational and time management skills
7. Ability to work calmly & methodically in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
1. General administration duties
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Collecting data and documentation for candidates
4. Request and keep records of employment references
5. Process Enhanced DBS' for new candidates
6. Complete a file of compliant documentation
7. Negotiate with candidates to obtain documentation in agreed timescales
8. Data entry and management of candidate details
9. Produce and issue Offer letters and Contracts
10. Liaise with Home Managers and new employees to arrange start dates and shadow shifts
11. Support the Compliance Manager
12. Work towards deadlines to ensure all required paperwork is completed and returned in time to enable a seamless onboarding process

1. £22,000-£25,000 per year
Schedule
1. Monday to Thursday (9:00am - 17:00pm) & Friday (9:00am - 16:00pm)
