The Team:
Working with guidance from the Project Manager, office Executive Director Operations and Performance to assist in the development, management and implementation of strategies, plans and process to ensure the delivery of Hospital North access & flow program.
The Role:
Be a productive member of one or more project teams to implement the objectives of various projects, whilst ensuring that Hospital North access and patient flow program objectives and project initiatives are delivered utilising contemporary project management approaches and are aligned with strategic priorities and Agency requirements.
Position Features: Interstate travel may be required.
You will need to:
1. Contribute to the delivery of Hospital North strategic priorities and the objectives and outcomes of the Hospital North access & flow program.
2. Utilise a background in clinical practice and project management strategies to contribute to the formulation and delivery of designated clinical redesign projects, including identifying complex and challenging issues, and contributing to the development of solutions to deliver project activities and outcomes.
3. Undertake assigned project activities, ensuring they align with Agency policies, procedures, core business and relevant legislation, and contribute to the development of operational solutions, guidelines, and recommendations for improved service delivery outcomes.
Details of appointment:
Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as the successful candidate can join our team. *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary: $107,899 to $122,292 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
