Are you a financial expert looking to make an impact with a fast-growing global organization? We’re seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an ambitious and dynamic team that’s expanding across borders.
About the Role:
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you’ll be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of supplier invoices, and maintaining excellent relationships with global vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end process of purchase ledger functions, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
* Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records for suppliers and invoices.
* Liaise with internal teams and global suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or queries.
* Assist with month-end procedures and help prepare financial reports.
* Monitor and maintain accurate supplier accounts, ensuring timely payments and good relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk role.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and the purchase ledger process.
* Experience with accounting software (SAP, Sage, Epicor or similar systems is a plus).
