Our inclusive primary school in Slough is looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and caring team.
Role Overview: In this role, you will provide vital support to students with SEND, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities.
Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEND.
Support students with emotional, social, and behavioural needs.
Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
Monitor and record progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
