Hiring Manager - Ruby Pickering Closing Date - Monday 20th January 2025 The Opportunity The Surveys Service Manager is responsible for managing the Surveys Service team and taking accountability for delivering the surveys service processes which supports our introducer contracts. The role will involve: Ensuring the service processes are delivered accurately and consistently Daily management of your team ensuring all tasks are covered Identifying training needs within your team Managing and overseeing the finance processes Overseeing the complaints and escalation procedures Ensuring all invoicing is correct and accurate Building and managing the surveys service team and managing their daily workload Identifying opportunities to improve the surveys service by working in collaboration with the Operations team Producing and distributing the daily figures for the surveys team Producing the surveys quarterly report Work closely with Panel Manager regarding coverage needs Monitor profit margin and feedback to Panel Manager Ensure allocation is adhered to – feedback issues with this to Panel Manager as they arise. Key stakeholder relationships with Surveyors Take responsibility for consistently meeting all service metrics in your team, including call answer rates, google review, customer complaints About You You will be an experienced customer service professional with exceptional communication and management skills. Understanding of the mortgage application and conveyancing process would be beneficial in this role. You will also have/be: Experience of working with in-house CRMs Experienced in MS Office The ability to communicate confidently and clearly to customer, brokers and solicitors over the phone and email Previous experience of managing people would be beneficial
