Youwill play a pivotal role in leading and delivering highqualityecological assessments surveys and mitigation strategiescollaborating with our talented team of ecologists landscapearchitects and environmental planners. Your responsibilities willinclude:
1. At least a degree in EcologyEnvironmental Science or a related field.
2. Forthe Senior Ecologist role a proven track record in managing anddelivering ecological projects and meeting deadlines including formedium to large scale and more complex sites.
3. For the Ecologist role at least 3 yearsexperience in ecological consultancy with a strong focus onconducting surveys assessments preparing a range of ecologicalreports and the project management of smaller jobs.
4. Sound knowledge of UK ecology legislationguidelines and best practice.
5. Strongcommunication skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith diverse stakeholders.
6. Experienced inadvising clients on Biodiversity Net Gain understanding and use ofthe DEFRA Statutory Biodiversity Metric and production ofassociated reports and plans.
7. You may have aparticular ecological specialism or hold protected specieslicence/s.
8. Membership or eligibility formembership of a relevant professional body (e.g. CIEEM).
9. A full UK driving licence and access tovehicle.
