Depotnet is a fast-growing SaaS company providing innovative solutions for the telecoms and utilities industries to help businesses streamline operations and drive efficiency. As we expand, we are building a marketing team focused on lead generation, website optimisation, and creating sales collateral to support business growth.
Depotnet joined Everfield in 2023. The team is based on-site in Henley-in-Arden.
About the role
We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to take ownership of demand generation, website performance, and sales enablement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven marketing, knows how to optimise a website for conversions, and can create high-impact sales materials to support the commercial team. You'll work closely with sales to ensure they have the right marketing assets to turn leads into customers.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact and drive measurable growth for Depotnet.
What you’ll be doing
1. Lead generation & demand generation
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract, capture, and convert leads through inbound and outbound tactics.
2. Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting to generate high-quality leads.
3. Implement email marketing and lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects and support sales conversion.
4. Collaborate with sales to refine lead scoring and improve conversion rates.
2. Website & conversion optimisation
1. Own the website strategy, ensuring it is optimised for lead generation and SEO.
2. Continuously test and improve landing pages, sign-up forms, and calls-to-action to maximise conversions.
3. Monitor website analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Work with developers or external agencies to ensure best UX/UI practices for a seamless and high-performing website.
3. Sales enablement & content creation
1. Develop sales collateral, including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and product brochures to support the sales team.
2. Create customer success stories and testimonials that showcase the impact of Depotnet’s solutions.
3. Work with subject matter experts to produce educational content that addresses customer pain points and strengthens thought leadership.
4. Develop detailed buyer personas and craft targeted content for each stage of the customer journey.
5. Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all marketing and sales materials.
4. Performance tracking & data-driven optimisation
1. Define key KPIs for lead generation, website performance, and campaign success.
2. Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
3. Continuously experiment with new strategies and A/B test messaging, ads, and landing pages to improve effectiveness.
What we’re looking for
1. 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or a technology-driven industry.
2. Experience in running successful lead generation campaigns across paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
3. Experience in website management and CRO (conversion rate optimisation).
4. Ability to create sales collateral and marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions.
5. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
6. An analytical mindset with the ability to measure success and optimise marketing efforts based on data.
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams.
8. Experience in field service management software or related (CAFM, CMMS etc) preferred but not required.
9. Experience in utilities industry preferred but not required.
