Solutions Consultant / Solutions Engineer
The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for delivering tailored product demonstrations, addressing client-specific needs, and showcasing the value of mywage solutions. Working closely with sales, product, and technical teams, this role bridges the gap between client requirements and our product capabilities, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, customised product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and functionality of mywage solutions.
* Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, pain points, and objectives.
* Translate client needs into tailored demonstrations that showcase how mywage can solve specific business challenges.
* Act as a product expert, staying up-to-date with the latest features, integrations, and enhancements.
* Address client questions and objections with in-depth product knowledge and problem-solving expertise.
* Work with the product team to provide feedback on user experience and market needs.
* Assist in creating demo environments and configuring solutions to reflect real-world client scenarios.
* Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses and technical discussions.
* Build strong relationships with prospective clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and challenges.
* Provide training or technical support during proof-of-concept or pilot phases as needed.
* Occassional travel to client sites (where needed)
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar pre-sales role.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience in the payroll, HR, or staffing industry is highly desirable.
* Technical aptitude, with the ability to understand software products and explain their value clearly.
* Salesforce Platform knowledge a must
* Ability to customise and adapt product demonstrations to meet specific client requirements.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* This is a remote position, with occasional travel to client sites as required based on project and client needs.
