Oliver & Bailey Lettings are offering an exciting opportunity to join our busy and vibrant Hastings Office as an Administration Assistant/ Compliance Coordinator.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills. Key duties will include assisting the maintenance manager, carrying out property inspections, and reporting back to landlords. You will also be responsible for ensuring landlords' compliance is up to date and arranging where necessary. Full training will be given for this role.
Applicants must have a clean driving licence. All applicants will be required to be helpful, polite, and able to provide professional service, as well as being confident with computers, general office tasks, and telephones.
Job Type: Full-time - The position is Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.
Pay: £23,205.00-£25,000.00 per year
