Ethelbert Children's Services are seeking caring and motivated Residential Workers and Senior Residential Workers to care and work with our children who have emotional and behavioural difficulties. The role can be challenging and difficult but rewarding, successful candidates will require resilience, patience, understanding and a good parental value base. We have vacancies arising and welcome interest from individuals to undertake residential positions in our home based in Deal, Kent – we are seeking drivers for our home in Deal.
The homes operate care on a 24/7 basis and staff work shift pattern which includes weekends and sleep-in duties offering a competitive salary, as detailed below. In addition, all staff will undertake training and development leading to professional qualifications with good long-term career and promotion prospects.
