the role |
this is a multifaceted role, with the people services analyst supporting the smooth running of key team life cycle processes + practices alongside providing invaluable insights across the people services team. the role will be responsible for our team lifecycle administration, responding to queries in the centralised mailbox, issuing contracts and offer letters, maintaining company systems, processing benefits and assisting with ad hoc reporting requests as + when required
key accountabilities
* responds to queries in the people services help desk mailbox day to day, answering queries, signposting to policies and escalating complex queries to people advisors when required

* responsible for team lifecycle administration for new + existing team (fab 4 roles for operations + all head office roles) including producing offer letters, drafting contracts and letters confirming changes to terms and conditions, issuing leaver letters, actioning relocation support requests, instructing payroll of changes to employee terms, creating and maintaining fab 4 and hq employee folders and records
* owns the right to work compliance checks, ensuring checks made to ensure all team right to work documents are valid and stored on fourth hr
* updating hr system in conjunction with payroll team. ensures people data is accurate and up to date in hr system (e.g. job titles, reporting lines, entitlements and access levels)
* assisting with onboarding noodle hq + cpu new starters on fourth hr, arranging welcome boxes, new starter vouchers and setting up benefits
* ownership of benefit scheme administration processes and assisting with benefit queries (e.g. pensions and private healthcare, long service awards, noodle +, cycle to work, hq birthday awards. ensures benefit platforms are kept up to with joiner + leaver data)
* providing note taking support for meetings (e.g., disciplinary, grievance, wellbeing, check ins)
* manages people + culture team intranet page; ensuring information and documents are up to date
* updating organisation charts for noodle hq teams, ensuring structure is up to date on the intranet portal (noodlenet)
* assisting with ad hoc reporting requests where required on people related metrics using fourth hr systems
* data guru for the people team, comfortable with high volume and sensitive data, and familiar with tools to analyse data (e.g. pivot tables, v-lookup)

* experience in an administration role is desirable but not essential
* experience of generalist people related processes, practices and administration is desirable but not essential
* be able to effectively manage time, working to deadlines
* ability to multitask and prioritise
