Role Responsibilities Carry out and be competent in a range of signalling duties Ability to competently lead a team in signalling duties with respect to disconnections, reconnections, maintenance, fault finding and renewals of a minor nature Ensure that the work carried out is to a standard, which is in line with infrastructure specifications Determine, implement and ensure accurate records are maintained of all safe systems of work Ensure that work is only carried out on authorised jobs and that all resources are correctly approached Ensure that accurate records of any work carried out, or any deficiencies in this work, are maintained. Carry out handover / hand back arrangements for S&T equipment. Maximise the productivity of other employees and sub-contractors when under your direct control. Carry out site visits as necessary Commitment and full awareness of the life-saving rules and Kelly Rail UK Values: Safety, Integrity, Delivery, Excellence, Customer and Teamwork Timekeeping and management of staff time to ensure works starts when scheduled Ensuring all site staff have appropriate personal protective equipment on where required.
