Core Job Description:
1. Develop Sales of packaging machinery equipment with existing and new customers within the defined territory. Meat, Poultry, Medical & Ready Meals.
2. Be accountable for delivery of the Packaging Machinery Sales Order Budget and %GM contribution within the defined territory.
3. Promote and sell complete product range of primary packaging machinery and automation equipment.
4. Manage own territory in terms of new business development, customer meetings, appointments, contact, sales and budgets via CRM.
5. Represent the company at all levels within existing and new customers.
Aims of Role:
1. Meet annual capital equipment Order Budget for the defined territory, across the range and mix of primary packaging machinery.
2. Achieve maximum possible sales within defined territory and increase profitable sales in line with the business plans.
3. Generate new business and manage existing customers.
4. To maintain our sales growth targets and share of the market.
5. To provide a high-level commercial contact for all customers.
Requirements
The Candidate for the above role should likely have:
* 3+ years technical consultancy and sales experience.
* Experience within and working knowledge of the food manufacturing and packaging sector.
* Experience of selling high-value capital machinery within any of the applicable areas
