About you You are looking for a career in childcare, having already gained some experience working with children or young people. You’re enthusiastic, creative and open minded and you're keen to learn whatever it takes to become an outstanding early years educator, working with children from 0-5 years. What you'll be doing As an unqualified Early Years Educator / Practitioner / Nursery Nurse or similar you'll be supporting and encouraging the natural curiosity and excitement of young children. In other words, you'll be shaping the future of our younger generations. You’ll be embracing your creativity and using it to develop engaging and inspiring hands on arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. Of course you'll need to ensure you work within the EYFS standards, but that doesn't stop you from engaging your creative flair and enthusiasm for learning.
