We are looking for experienced LGV 1 (Class 1) Container Drivers to join our team in Tilbury. If you have a strong background in container work and are confident using twist locks, this is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with flexible shift options.
Your Role:
1. Transporting containers to and from ports, including London Gateway, Felixstowe, and Southampton
2. Safely securing loads using twist locks
3. Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport regulations
4. Communicating effectively with planners and port staff for smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
1. Valid LGV 1 (Class 1) license
2. Minimum 2 years of experience
3. Up-to-date CPC & Digi Tacho Card
4. Knowledge of port procedures and container transport regulations
5. A professional attitude and commitment to safety and efficiency
6. Maximum 6 points
