To work for a leading, global, blue-chip company based in the City of London office.
MUST HAVE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
Key responsibilites-
1. Continuous development and improvement of IT Service Desk through proactive oversight and automation for:
2. Service Desk Performance, MI reporting
3. Incident and Request fulfilment
4. Identify and Access Management, including application recertification and JML process
5. User hardware provisioning
6. Software Installs
7. Asset tracking
8. Licence management
9. EUC (end user computing)
10. Documentation management, such as:
11. Policy ownership
12. Process writing
13. Procedure creations
14. User training documentation
15. IT Inductions
16. Other responsibilities include:
17. Supplier management, to ensure the effective resolution of all incidents, requests, problems etc.
18. Resource Management including team meetings, 1:1, objective and performance management, rota etc.
19. Oversight of the daily checks
20. Oversee and manage projects, such as: PC updates, rollouts, hardware refreshes etc.
