Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and support to parents regarding educational options and resources.
Develop and conduct workshops and training sessions for parents on various topics related to education and parenting.
Act as a liaison between parents, schools, and community organizations to ensure effective communication and support.
Mentor and support junior Parent Support Advisors in their professional development and service delivery.
Analyze feedback from parents to identify areas for improvement in support services and programs.
Create and maintain informative resources, including guides, newsletters, and online content for parents.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement initiatives that promote parental engagement and involvement in education.
Requirements
Proven experience in a parent support or educational advisory role, preferably at a senior level.
Strong understanding of the educational system and the challenges faced by parents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
Demonstrated ability to develop and facilitate effective training and workshop sessions.
Experience in mentoring and supporting the professional development of team members.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and improve services.
A passion for empowering parents and fostering positive educational experiences for children.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £21.28
