Role: Business Development Executive internal Salary: £30k-£35k attractive OTE, competitive benefits package Location: Wetherby The Company Our client is a leading waste management organisation providing specialist waste treatment and disposal services to the Construction, Energy and Oil and Gas sectors. Due to continued success and growth they are recruiting a new internal role of Business Development Executive to proactively support their established sales team. The Role As internal Business Development Executive you will proactively develop new business leads to support our external sales team and sales targets. Working with our Head of Commercial you will develop a sales plan targeting specific sectors and development of new services. You will g enerate profitable sales and commercial contracts in the construction waste services, including contaminated soils, filter cakes, muck away and asbestos wast e. As an internal Business Development Executive you will be a driven, self-starter who will develop and build strong commercial relationships including expending services with our existing clients. As Business Development Executive you will ensure that all commercial and technical administration is processed correctly. You will work collaboratively with our Operations teams to deliver high quality customer service. As Business Development Executive you will maintain knowledge and awareness of market trends, customer trends, and the competitive environment. The Ideal Candidate; will have a proven track record as a Business Development Executive from within the construction, demolition or remediation sectors. Ideally will have a technical waste understanding from these sectors Working on behalf of a corporate organisation you will have exemplary presentation skills. This role requires a candidate who is decisive, driven and self starter. You will be an excellent relationship builder, with clients and internal colleagues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent IT skills required.
