A specialist SEN school in Coventry is looking for a psychology graduate to join their team as an SEN Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to gain practical experience working with children with autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH (social, emotional, and mental health needs), and learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting students one-to-one and in small groups, helping them engage with learning.
* Assisting with the emotional, social, and behavioural development of students with SEN.
* Using your psychology knowledge to understand and support students with behavioural challenges and learning difficulties.
* Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to create a nurturing and structured learning environment.
