We have an exciting opportunity for a Transaction Screening Model Oversight Manager to join our Line Financial Crime Compliance Function.
As part of our Controls, Models and Analytics Team, you'll play a key role in overseeing all changes to financial crime models, with a focus on Transaction Screening.
As part of an expert team, you'll help us ensure we have robust controls and screening in place to support our mission to deter, detect and disrupt financial crime.
The difference you’ll make.
1. Supporting the Line Financial Crime Compliance function in providing rigorous oversight of model related change and assessing effectiveness of screening controls.
2. Being responsible for the oversight of Transaction Screening, ensuring processes and controls are designed and operating effectively and identifying potential risk.
3. Providing robust check and challenge of current FC controls and processes and advising on amendments or improvements.
4. Ensuring good governance and providing oversight of all enhancement activities.
5. Supporting the definition and oversight of calibration methodologies across all models.
6. Delivering presentations to internal & external stakeholders, both in written and verbal format.
What you’ll bring.
1. Demonstrable knowledge of Transaction Screening.
2. Proven track record of providing robust check and challenge to stakeholders (ideally from a Line perspective) with the ability to explain technical terms in non-technical language.
It would also be nice for you to have.
1. An understanding of data analytics and relevant tools such as SQL, SAS, R, and Python.
2. Ability to quickly absorb and understand complex data/issues, to extract results and to present key conclusions.
3. Confident communicator with the ability to complete outputs for different audiences, including senior management.
