Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working alongside a fantastic business in Rotherham as they look for a confident and experienced Finance Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Daily duties: Process all purchase invoices, carrying our proper checks and obtaining the correct authority where required Produce a weekly payment run taking care the only authorised invoices are paid to the correct bank details Complete all work within required timescales and job times Ensure all supplier statements are reconciled and any issues addressed Maintain and cleanse the purchase ledgers for all group companies Daily importing of invoices Process and reconcile the invoices Reconcile and process all company credit cards Handling of incoming phone calls Monitor and action the accounts email inbox Help in other areas of the Finance Department when needed Maintain a high standard of Health & Safety compliance Continuous improvement of company practices Person Specification: Experience within a similar role Confident user of accounting software and Excel If this looks like a role that might be of interest then please get in touch or apply now.
