Following internal career progression, we have an opportunity for you to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs. We are looking for a HR Administrator to join us on a permanent full-time basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 2 days from home and 3 days on site and part time opportunities can be discussed.
The HR Administrator will work closely with the Learning and Development team to ensure effective and efficient management of day-to-day Learning and Development processes. There will also be a proportion of general HR administration work.
In addition to this the HR Administrator will be required to provide a professional, engaging and people focused service to our stakeholders.
