We’re currently seeking a New Business Co-ordinator to act as one of the first points of contact between customers and the Company. The role involves satisfying queries and requests for advice and information in a timely and effective manner.
In this role you will:
* Process all new and renewal accounts within a specified timescale, ensuring all paperwork submitted is accurate.
* Collate and post out welcome packs to new clients.
* Liaise with stockroom for lead times on orders.
* Keep customers informed of the progress with their orders.
* Maintain the tracker.
* Ensure installations have been carried out to the customer’s satisfaction.
* Complete general office duties including answering incoming calls, filing, and post.
* Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
