We’re now seeking a motivated Client Relationship Coordinator to join our team and strengthen relationships with key B2B clients.
Role Overview
The Client Relationship Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining relationships with our key B2B clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and supporting their needs. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and facilitating smooth communication between clients and our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, acting as their main point of contact.
* Understand clients’ needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver appropriate services.
* Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on client service requests.
* Assist in gathering feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
* Support contract management and renewals, ensuring all client agreements are up to date.
* Provide estimates for services and ensure accurate documentation of client requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to close jobs efficiently and update clients on progress.
* Stay updated on company services to provide accurate information to clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
* Experience: Previous experience in client coordination, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
* Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem Solving: Ability to address client concerns effectively and professionally.
* Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Technical Aptitude: Comfortable understanding and explaining technical services and products.
* Education: Background in business, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
* Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients if required.
