Group1 Borehamwood is looking for a Parts Advisor.
Your role
Working in our parts department as a Parts Advisor, you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing outstanding customer service to all customers.
A large part of the BMW Parts Advisor position involves:
1. Providing guidance to customers on the availability of parts, ensuring timely and accurate information.
2. Receiving, logging, and accurately allocating parts and consumables from suppliers.
3. Delivering outstanding customer service to both external and internal customers.
4. Offering knowledgeable recommendations on suitable parts to meet customer requirements.
5. Maintaining accurate customer records on our systems.
6. Effectively communicating relevant promotions, offers, and product information to customers.
7. Ensuring full familiarity with all procedures and processes within the parts department.
8. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the manufacturer and suppliers.

1. Strong ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
2. Capable of maintaining a methodical and logical approach, particularly during busy periods.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
5. Proficient in IT, with experience of using web-based systems, email, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
6. Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
