My client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join its growing Commercial Litigation team in the Southampton area. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy working on challenging cases, this role could be perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:

* Managing and organising legal files efficiently
* Providing client care and communication support
* Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
* Managing diaries, scheduling appointments and handling deadlines
* Supporting fee earners with administrative and secretarial tasks

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous Legal Secretary experience essential, ideally in Commercial Litigation
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Office, legal IT systems and audio dictation
