About the Practice: A forward-thinking and well-established GP practice serving a diverse patient population in Maidstone. A supportive multidisciplinary team, including experienced GPs, practice nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff. CQC-rated Good' practice committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Emphasis on collaborative working, professional development, and innovative service delivery. Modern facilities and fully computerised (using EMIS Web or equivalent). The successful candidate will: Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to a varied population, including the management of long-term conditions, acute presentations, and preventative healthcare. Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and video consultations, as well as home visits when necessary. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, and allied healthcare professionals, to provide integrated care. Prescribe medication and manage treatment plans in line with best practice guidelines. Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records using practice IT systems. Take part in clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and practice development. Support the training and supervision of junior clinicians and students if desired. Participate in Duty GP sessions, ensuring safe and effective urgent care management. What We Offer: A competitive salary of £11,000 £12,000 per session (depending on experience). Flexible working options Full-time and part-time roles available. No extended hours or out-of-hours commitments required. One duty session per week (on a fair rota basis).
