The successful candidate will:
* Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to a varied population, including the management of long-term conditions, acute presentations, and preventative healthcare.
* Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and video consultations, as well as home visits when necessary.
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, and allied healthcare professionals, to provide integrated care.
* Prescribe medication and manage treatment plans in line with best practice guidelines.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records using practice IT systems.
* Take part in clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and practice development.
* Support the training and supervision of junior clinicians and students if desired.
* Participate in Duty GP sessions, ensuring safe and effective urgent care management.

* A competitive salary of £11,000 - £12,000 per session (depending on experience).
