An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to support the After School Club. This role is varied, and we are looking for adaptable, flexible and resourceful individuals able to cope in a high quality, caring and stimulating environment. Working within the After School Club Team to deliver wrap around care for children aged 4 - 11 years. To provide a caring, secure environment, through individual attention and group activities and to organise an appropriate range of leisure activities for the children attending each day.
The right candidate will have:
• Experience of working with children in a formal setting.
• Basic Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate prior to taking up the post.
• A proven ability to work on their own initiative with a good level of self-motivation.
• A good level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.
• The ability to use relevant technology/equipment would be advantageous.
• A good understanding of healthy eating and good dining habits.
• A commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school.
