Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound calls to promote our products to new and existing customers
2. Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
3. Promoting new and existing products
4. Supporting promotional activities
5. Understanding customer requirements and closing sales
6. Answering questions about products, pricing, or the Company
7. Negotiating bulk or special package deals
8. Accurately and efficiently entering and maintaining customer records on the CRM tool
9. Liaising with the external field sales team and other departments as necessary
10. Going the “extra mile” to meet and exceed sales targets and facilitate future sales
