£25,000 base salary (depending on experience)
£40,000 OTE
Monday - Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Valuer, based at our clients office in Didcot, who is looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career as part of the dynamic team.
Duties:
* Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, and viewings
* Maximise board presence and promote brand awareness at all times.
* Maintain and increase agreed fee levels.
* Arrange and attend market appraisals/valuations and viewings.
* Give only carefully considered and qualified market advice, using effective comparables.
* Efficient diary planning.
* Maintain office systems/software and working procedures.
* Problem solving as necessary.
* Attend all meetings and training courses as required by your line manager.
Required experience:
* Previous valuation experience within Sales / Lettings Estate Agency
* Outstanding communication skills
* A strong work ethic
* A successful track record in your academic, professional or personal life
* A desire to grow as an individual
* A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential
