Job Description
* Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
* Analysing financial data and providing financial advice to management
* Assisting with budget preparation and control
* Ensuring compliance with financial legislation and standards
* Contributing to the development of financial systems and processes
* Coordinating with internal and external auditors
* Participating in strategic financial projects
* Supporting the Accounting & Finance department with other tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
* A recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA)
* Experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing sector
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
