DX Analyst
Location: Cranfield/Remote
Pay: £41.19 per hour
We are recruiting for a DX Analyst for one of our automotive clients based in Cranfield. You will be working for a globally recognised automotive company. This is a long-term contract role that may run for several years.
Key Responsibilities of the DX Analyst:
1. Assist in the development and maintenance of DX strategies, focusing on data and reporting on market place intel and how to monetise the information on projects.
2. Develop cost benefit analysis and project charters for DX projects.
3. Assist in developing and maintaining DX strategies – data and emerging tech – for the organization and across functions.
4. Conduct industry analysis and market trends on DX topics as needed.
5. Control the group in charge of creating and implementing user acceptance campaigns for initiatives including technical implementations, digitization, and emerging technologies.
6. Conduct assessments of performance and change readiness while leading one or more teams to build and implement digital data visualizations.
7. Define prospects for future learning that will allow the application of digital transformational technologies.
8. Inform corporate audiences about concepts related to digital enablement.
9. Humanize the cultural ramifications of the switch to emerging technologies.
10. Understand solutions that will take these criteria into account by converting business needs into corresponding technical requirements.
11. Recognize the full scope of the functions DX environment.
12. Showcase the interpretation and use of data and analytics models to a business problem.
13. Inform the customer on industry developments and best practices that will affect them as they navigate the digital world.
14. Deliver using Agile delivery techniques to improve solution quality, allow for flexibility, and discover new growth possibilities.
15. Provide weekly status reports, locate problems, and report risks.
16. Connect digital transformation activities with other work streams and ensure they adhere to the DX project’s overall timeframe and major milestones.
17. Establish and maintain communication with key customer decision-makers and lead and coordinate pursuit teams.
18. Organize and direct business development activities, such as client presentations, proposal creation, and Statements of Work (SOW).
19. Initiate growth of practices by leveraging technologies.
Qualifications for the DX Analyst:
1. Experience & Skills will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Previous experience in designing solutions and working on data projects.
3. Create new business solutions.
4. Experience in reporting on data marketplace.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Understanding of concepts, creation, and ability to work on cost benefits of different projects.
Hours & Pay for the DX Analyst:
• Monday to Friday
• 39 hours per week
• £41.19 per hour
