About the role As a Children's Support Worker, you will be a positive role model for the children within Amegreen Children’s Services, offering care and support the children by providing structure, consistency, and nurturing as part of day-to-day living, always ensuring the safety of each child. You will build effective relationships with the children, support them with routine, join the children in activities and holidays, creating meaningful care plans, working together with parents, teachers, therapists, and social workers, write reports and ensuring records are kept clear and up to date.
