We are seeking a dynamic Guest Services Ambassador to become a key member of our 31-person Rapport team, located in the heart of the City of London. You will be based in a stunning, state-of-the-art workspace boasting incredible views and a funky, innovative design.

Type of contract: Full-time, 12-months FTC
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; with shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 7 PM, with flexibility for overtime as per business needs).

Main responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service across two offices and four floors as needed.
* Greet and assist VIPs, guests, and employees to ensure a seamless experience.
* Cover reception and other guest services areas, adapting to daily operational needs.
* Manage guest pre-registration, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
* Support and coordinate event setup, liaising with hosts and co-hosts.
* Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external visitors.
* Maintain a professional, welcoming presence across all guest-facing areas.
