Key Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining a diverse property portfolio
Conducting regular inspections and assessments of properties
Developing and implementing estate management strategies
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
Preparing detailed reports and recommendations for property improvements
Negotiating leases, renewals, and rent reviews
Liaising with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders
Managing budgets and financial planning for estate management activities
Job Requirements:
Experience in estate management
Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations
