Lettings Manager / Coordinator – West Midlands (County)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced lettings candidate to join our clients team in an affluent area of North Birmingham. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and assisting with the property portfolio, bringing in new landlords and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings department, including property viewings, tenant vetting and lease agreements.
2. Continue to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations governing the lettings industry.
4. Conduct market research to stay informed about rental trends and competitor activity to support and advise potential new and existing landlords.
5. Provide guidance and support to the lettings team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and knowledge.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to properties and tenancies.
With already proven experience in a similar role within the lettings industry, you should be looking to continue to grow a proven track record of success. Ideally you will have in-depth knowledge of the property market in the area and surrounding environs and have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organisational skills, great attention to detail and a proactive and focused approach to problem-solving.
