Primary Teaching Assistant Location: Cambridge,UK We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant and supportive primary school in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a primary school setting and a passion for supporting young learners. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the teacher in the delivery of engaging lessons and helping students reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in delivering daily lessons and activities. Support students with their learning, providing one-to-one and small group support. Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and productive learning environment. Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources. Encourage and support children in developing their social, emotional, and academic skills. Help assess and monitor students' progress and provide feedback to the teacher. Support with administrative tasks as required by the teaching team.About You: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a primary school. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both staff and pupils. Good understanding of the primary curriculum and the needs of young learners. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for making learning fun.
