What you'll do As a Butler, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests: You will be responsible for welcoming guests on their arrival and hosting them throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are fully anticipated and met, with service of an exceptional standard. This will include liaising with the relevant departments to ensure that the room is fully prepared. Our Butler’s must display a clear and comprehensive knowledge of the Hotel, its facilities and events on across London, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience. The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Butler, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel. The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change.
