Job Description
Our client, a leading UK Charity, is seeking a Team Co-ordinator for an immediate start, initially for up to 3 months with a possibility of a longer-term contract.
Supporting the Associate Director of Search and Evaluation and the Associate Director of Ventures and their teams, this is a busy role, so we need someone proactive and comfortable working at pace.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage busy diaries that are primarily externally focused.
2. Work within an administrative capacity for a large team (20 people plus).
3. Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks with high attention to detail and flexibility.
4. Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
5. Adapt to an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
This role is hybrid, allowing for 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. Our client is based just by Stratford E15. The hours are 9.00 am – 5.00 pm.
