About the Role We’re excited to introduce a brand-new opportunity within our Contracts team. As our new Contracts Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping and developing our market-leading school travel Ski and Tours products and services across multiple regions. Working alongside the team, you’ll help maximise commercial performance, build strong supplier relationships, and support the business in creating exceptional travel experiences. This role offers the chance to work closely with the Head of Contracting and Contract Managers, gaining hands-on experience in product procurement and development. As a newly created position, you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark, bring fresh ideas, and contribute to shaping the future of our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with suppliers, collaborate across teams, and travel overseas and experience our products first-hand. About the Skills, Knowledge, and Experience We’re After We’re looking for someone with: A passion for travel and experience working within a tour operating environment. (Knowledge of the schools' marketplace is an advantage) Fluency in English with the ability to speak another European language. (Ideally Italian but other preferred languages would be French, Spanish or German) Experience in procuring products and services within the travel sector. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience or willingness to learn about health and safety risk management. A proactive approach to handling internal queries and supplier relationships. Ability to interpret supplier contracts and rates accurately. Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to work independently and show initiative, while knowing when to seek support. A willingness to travel overseas as required. Work Arrangements This position is full time and based in our central Brighton office with the opportunity for hybrid working following our initial onboarding period. The Contracts Executive will be expected to be in the Brighton office for key meetings and to collaborate with key team members at least 3 days a week.
