Role Description We are seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor/Caseworker (On-site) to join our busy practice, handling an independent caseload across all areas of Immigration, Nationality, Asylum, and Human Rights law. The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge of immigration law and administrative procedures, with the ability to manage a vibrant and active caseload. Strong time-management and client care skills are essential in ensuring the efficient handling of cases and maintaining clear communication with clients. Key Responsibilities : Handle and oversee individual caseloads in Immigration, Nationality, Asylum, and Human Rights law. Manage Business Immigration and Sponsor Licence applications, including Judicial Review challenges. Process family-based Immigration matters such as Entry Clearance applications. Undertake Administrative Reviews and Judicial Review applications. Represent clients in Statutory Appeals before both the First-tier and Upper Tribunal levels. Submit Fresh Claims and Human Rights claims, as well as applications for regularisation. Assist clients with Nationality applications, including both registration and naturalisation. Manage cases related to the deprivation of British citizenship. Maintain high standards of client care by providing regular updates and clear communication. Handle administrative tasks associated with maintaining and managing a caseload. Qualifications and Skills : Strong interest and knowledge of Immigration Law and associated administrative procedures. Ability to work independently while effectively managing a diverse caseload. Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Business Immigration, Family Immigration, Human Rights claims, and Statutory Appeals. Strong written and verbal communication skills to maintain good client relationships.
